Naydu Brandenburg

Naydu Brandenburg is an Employee Benefits Advisor for Horton’s Select Business division. Her daily responsibilities include managing client and internal team relationships, bringing new clients on board, solving complex needs, providing expert consultation on commercial insurance programs, and reducing client risk and workload.

With five years of experience in the PEO space, Naydu has honed her expertise in employee benefits. She thrives on guiding clients through the complex employee benefits process, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Her dedication is evident as clients frequently reach out to her well beyond the point of sale for assistance and guidance.

Born in Panama City, Panama, Naydu was raised in Fort Lauderdale. She now lives in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood with her husband of 16 years, their three children and two dachshunds, Zippy and Millie. She loves making her “mental deposit” at Orange Theory Fitness and is a mentor in the Women’s Cohort with Chicago Innovations. Naydu has also participated in several women-led focus groups and serves as an ambassador with Latinx Digital Leaders Now, a nonprofit helping Latin women enter the IT and cybersecurity fields.
