As of January 1, 2025, Illinois law requires employers with 15 or more employees to include pay scales and benefits in job postings. Do your job postings pass muster? This webinar will discuss the detailed requirements of the law and how you can draft compliant job postings. A brief reminder of Illinois’ Equal Pay Registration Certificate will also be reviewed.
