TODD ADAMS JOINS HORTON AS VICE PRESIDENT

Chicago, IL – June 30, 2015 – The Horton Group is pleased to announce that Todd Adams has joined Horton’s Risk Advisory Team as Vice President, Sales. The announcement was officially delivered by Glenn Horton, Chief Executive Officer of The Horton Group.

Adams, most recently Senior Vice President at Alper Services, will be part of a team that specializes in addressing complicated project development, financing, regulatory issues, funding, tax and investment credits, grants, and guaranteed loan projects for renewable energy and clean technology.

Adams, who began his career as a commodities trader in Chicago, brings over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy, distributed power, clean technology, heavy machinery and large food distribution sectors. His combined knowledge of risk and insurance led him to specialize in insuring large companies with complicated risks. He pioneered the use of an insurance instrument to protect buyers from pre-existing liabilities and protect sellers post transaction.

Over the years, Todd has been awarded several insurance industry awards.
